This conflicted, Trump Hating Judge won’t let me respond to people that are on TV lying and spewing hate all day long. He is running rough shod over my lawyers and legal team. The New York System of “Justice” is being decimated by critics from all over the World. I want to speak, or at least be able to respond. Election Interference! RIGGED, UNCONSTITUTIONAL TRIAL!

He’s walking on thin ice. He’s goading the judge into jailing him for contempt or holding him in pre-trial detention. I think he should say less and depend on his lawyers more, but I don’t think anyone is telling Trump what to do at this point.
Will this motion be ruled on today by the judge?
There is no gag order restricting Trump from talking about the judge.
Can a mistrial only be declared by the presiding judge (Merchan)? Who is unlikely to declare that HE has caused one himself....
This trial deserves a change of venue. Send it up to Malone or Fort Drum.
Prosecutors and judges are out if control and above the law.
We must have strict accountability now and revoke qualified immunity.
This is becoming a lot like the Dreyfus affair insofar as we have an institution that will not allow independent review and accountability.
The judge and prosecutors are digging in and as a result they are destroying the credibility of the entire “justice” system. They are sowing extreme distrust for the legal system and sitting on a volcano of contempt.
Trump’s not going to jail. Can you imagine the optics it would create?

I’m afraid this IS the new US legal system. We are unmoored from the constitution and due process rights and these zealot prosecutors and judges are only the tip of the leftist spear.
A biased judge, and a biased DA, and a bunch of biased jurors, are cause enough for a mistrial. We all know that all of the above are true, so a mistrial will occur, so, why not stop it before it even begins?
Besides, this is a Seinfeld-type trial; a trial about nothing, since there isn’t a crime that was committed.
I feel as though this case is not even the one Trump should go to prison for.

I would say, Trump is using his first amendment right to speak the truth about this bogus frame-up.
