> He WAS acquitted.

Only because the racially activist jury would not have convicted him under any circumstances.

OJ's trial was one of the rare cases where the general public was privy to the same evidence that the jury was.

The White House didn’t need to say a word about this.
Are they going to lower the flag?

He WAS acquitted.
I always felt unsure about the extent action that would have had to be dne by the LA police in order to have framed OJ for it. Why would they do all that to frame him? Were they sure he was guilty, and also certain they couldn’t prove it in court so they nudged the evidence along. A lot?

Here’s the thing. A couple of years later, L.A. had to release dozens of gang bangers and pay them a lot of money for doing just what you said. The cops knew they were guilty and just added a little here and there to send them away for a long time. This had to have been known in the black community. It was only when the scandal came out that I understood how a predominately black jury could find O.J. innocent.

It’s not that I agree with the jury, but now, at least I think I understand. As to black cheering his acquittal, I don’t know that they were happy he got away with killing two white people as much as a popular black guy wasn’t going to prison.

Maybe for stay at homes moms the trial was viewed by others. But those of us who were working for a living didn’t watch the OJ trial after a 12 hour work day.

Are they going to lower the flags to half-staff, too? Disgusting! I hope the Goldman family goes after his estate.

Since this was 30 years ago I am assuming you were not old enough to have known the facts!! OJ was guilty as hell the jury was black and the BLACK jury gave the judicial system the middle finger, it was as plain and simple as that!!!

I think her comments and lack of acknowledgment of the victims will make a nice campaign ad. Maybe Joe/WH hate Jews.

Sure the RATS should have him lie at the capitol rotunda, to show how they are joined at the hip with killers.

It wasn’t Al Cowlings that was in the White Bronco with O.J., it was my son Beau.

The gloves didn’t fit because they shrunk when the blood dried. They didn’t wash the blood out. If you go into greater details about those Isotoner gloves, they we a limited edition and there is a picture of OJ wearing a pair and a receipt from Bloomingdales for their purchase. On that evidence alone I would have found him guilty.

He’s as guilty as hell.

Why should I express my deepest condolences on his death? Every day young and mature people who had good reputations die and no one offers condolences on a national level for them. The issue of his death should be familiar and we should not think that because he is good at football we should forget his crimes.

He should have been convicted. He later wrote a book with a title something like, “If I did it, here’s how I would have done it.”

Why the heck would the White House even make a comment about this?! Unbelievable.

Back in the day, I read “Outrage: The Five Reasons Why O.J. Simpson Got Away with Murder” by Vincent Bugliosi. Excellent book. It convinced me.
