For reasons like these, I do not believe that Joe Biden will be the Democrats nominee. Something will happen immediately before or soon after the Democrat convention so that he will be unavailable. It won’t matter what the rules are the Democrats will be able to have their new candidate on all ballots. Just my opinion.
