Tks..with my asthma my husband and I drink green berry tea after diner almost every night. I’m following a holistic doctor on telegram. I have also ordered some Mullein drops that will arrive soon to put in my tea cup. Basil and licorice are also recommended to have often.. I’ll check in on their effects in a week or two. Bless you.
