Big Apple lawmakers may need their heads examined.
Newly arrived migrants to the five boroughs may soon be able to visit with taxpayer-funded therapists to get in touch with their feelings, should a new City Council proposal become law.
The bill would station mental health coordinators at all 218 city migrant shelters and run taxpayers — on the low end — at least $15 million a year, according to a Post analysis.

The strain of riding in the trunk of a Buick with 28 other illegals requires medical attention. Then to top it off, they have to choose which luxury hotel they’re going to trash while getting free room and board.
Insanity....nothing like it.
Pretty much anyone who lives in NYC must need mental health services. And a lot of other big cities as well.
Homeless people with all kinds of mental problems can’t get help but illegals? Hey nothing too good for illegals.
I am amazed at the stupidity of New Yorkers who see this and do nothing.
If you’re going to fight off the mental issues that the illegal aliens are showing up with, you’re going to need a lot more than $15M. They’re all nuts.
There sure is a massive push behind and for “Mental Health”, why do you think that is?
If they were serious about “mental Health” they would make it Illegal to disseminate Deliberate False information using a High Capacity transmission device for compensation or gain.
I would prefer a $15M plan to provide mental health services to NY pols (including commitment to mental hospitals).
The “migrants” will find a way to take advantage of and abuse the system.
Why not just cut to the chase and let every “migrant” have his choice of a home to live in - expelling the legal owner who will nevertheless be obligated to pay the mortgage and the electric bill, plus daily deliveries from DoorDash so the “guests” won’t have to soil their little hands cooking and washing dishes?
While we’re at it, why not give the “migrants” free college too? Classes in Spanish, or Arabic or whatever language they desire? Throw in the books and room/board too.
Oh, and so they don’t have to take public transportation and possibly get thrown in front of a train, or have their face slashed while their money is stolen, provide Ubers for them both ways.
I know none of that is enough, so how about posting names, DOBs, and SSNs of legal, honest, hard-working individuals so the “migrants” can more easily open accounts?
Also, to clarify one thing, announce that “migrants” can legally steal and murder. They already know that - it just was never announced.
As for the people who go out to work to pay for all this, we should at least get a thank you card in the mail. It’s the least we can expect for all we do.
Will they try to cure the MS13 guys from lopping off heads and raping New York women, or are they paying to have the counselors themselves suffer the same fate?

What about NY first putting that $15 million to health services for homeless veterans, not Biden’s illegal migrants.
NYC council members are the most mentally ill of all. If it’s not pro-DEI, pro-CRT or pro-reparations, they are not interested.
What about providing mental health services for their own crazy, NYC native Democrat voters (who have needed mental health services since they began voting for the Democrats). 😬🤫😉
