Stefanie Lambert, an election integrity attorney who has pressed for transparency in regards to Dominion Voting Systems, was suddenly arrested in Washington D.C. on Monday night.
Lambert was reportedly arrested by U.S. Marshals for disclosing allegedly confidential emails from Dominion Voting Systems in a Michigan court case.
The Associated Press reported on Lambert’s arrest:
An attorney facing criminal charges for illegally accessing Michigan voting machines after the 2020 election was arrested Monday after a hearing in a separate case in federal court in Washington, D.C.
Stefanie Lambert was arrested by U.S. Marshals after a hearing over possible sanctions against her for disseminating confidential emails from Dominion Voting Systems, the target of conspiracy theories over former President Donald Trump’s 2020 election loss. Lambert obtained the Dominion emails by representing Patrick Byrne, a prominent funder of election conspiracy theorists who is being sued by Dominion for defamation.
In a statement, the Marshals office said Lambert was arrested on “local charges.” A Michigan judge earlier this month issued a bench warrant for Lambert after she missed a hearing in her case, in which she’s charged with four felonies for accessing voting machines in a search for evidence of a conspiracy theory against Trump. Lambert had earlier, unsuccessfully, sued to overturn Trump’s loss in Michigan.
Earlier Monday, Lambert had acknowledged passing on the records from Dominion Voting Systems to “law enforcement.” She then attached an affidavit that included some of the leaked emails and was signed by Dar Leaf, a county sheriff in northern Michigan who has investigated false claims of widespread election fraud from the 2020 election, to a filing in her own case in Michigan. The rest of the documents were posted to an account under Leaf’s name on X, the social platform formally known as Twitter.

The Dominion systems I believe produce a machine-produced filled ballot. Other systems produce a blank ballot the voter fills out.
This means the Dominion systems are less vulnerable to ‘hanging chad’ equivalent problems, but would have fewer fingerprints on them and other possible proofs of fraudulent activity.
The Dominion design was reasonable considering perceived design needs long ago.
The Dominion system use of QR codes might make it easier to accidently or purposely count spoiled ballots that should not be counted.
its surreal how the article keeps mentioning the claims of election fraud are false. Seems like they are afraid not to constantly affirm the official narrative.
Tabulating and counting software itself is inherently simple. If it’s not simple, then it’s meant to be or at least vulnerable for manipulation. Layering security on top of it, can be complex as you want.

Dominion has admitted their machines connect to the internet and votes can be changed.

All election software should be open source. All their correspondence should be public information. This secrecy of a private corporation to run our elections is BS.

I don't know if Putin stole the election or not, but I care far more about the election theft's in this country.
So should every American loving citizen who enjoyed the freedoms & rights our constitution recognizes comes from the creator of humankind, not the government.

Until we solve our problems, I couldn't give a rat's patootie about Russia's election integrity. Because quite frankly I don't see an iota of difference between the two any more. Russia moved towards us, or so it may seem, because we moved even further towards Russia with these America hating Democrat communist wanna be tyrants, and their sycophant RINO adherents.

Obviously, Ms. Lambert has some actual proof of election theft and the DOJ wants her intimidated and silenced.
Stealing an election is bad enough but arresting the people who are trying to expose it is outrageous. The marshals who made the arrest ought to be charged for treason and summarily hanged! That goes for those Dominion folks as well.

The article also misrepresents the Sheriff, Dar Leaf as being from Northern Michigan. Dar is Sheriff of Barry County, far closer to southern Michigan. It’s just below Grand Rapids or on the lower right side of your palm on the Michigan hand map.
I won’t claim to be friends but we did have lunch together once to discuss the Constitution. Unusual for a politician. He paid.
Whatever they do, they cannot let the truth get out.
