Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) attacked Special Counsel Robert Hur during his testimony at the House Judiciary Committee on Tuesday, insinuating that he had a political motive against President Joe Biden by suggesting he had a poor memory. Hur, as Breitbart News reported, compiled evidence that Biden had willfully and unlawfully retained classified documents after leaving the Senate and after leaving office as Vice President. Yet he explained that the Department of Justice would not prosecute Biden — even if such a prosecution were constitutionally possible — because a jury could see Biden at trial “as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” making prosecution difficult. Democrats were furious at that characterization of the president, and have continued to push back against it — even though it was the main reason that Hur recommended against prosecuting Biden for an otherwise obvious crime.

Hur has all the evidence necessary to Charge Biden, so any “bias” is in Joe’s favor.

I’ve been watching and I hate to say it but the Dems are running circles around the Repubs in this hearing. I’ve been impressed with Jordan, Gaetz, and Tiffany. Tiffany did a great job. 1st time I’ve watched him.

When I heard Hur worked with Wray and Rosenstein it all made sense to me.

Hur mentions in passing that Biden didn’t have “criminal intent” in keeping docs willfully, and no one seems to jump on it - does that mean Trump’s not guilty because he didn’t have criminal intent with the docs he maintained???...
Yes, however if you are engaged in a political prosecution you bring it to a jury, in D.C. and find him guilty.
So was it like...Joe moved out his official position and these docs were just boxed up and put in the parking lot, so he took them away without guidance or help?
