My speculation:
Joe will be told to read from the teleprompter verbatim. Secretly, strings of gibberish will be inserted into his speech in several places.
Joe will read the gibberish and get further confused, his speech will be the joke of the day, leading to calls for him to drop out.
Wouldn’t that be a hoot?
