Fani Willis' Fight to Keep Her Job Is Over (multiple new witness testimonies declined)

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis' fight to remain on the prosecution in former President Donald Trump's Georgia election interference case is over.

After the end of closing arguments, Judge Scott McAfee, who is presiding over the case, said he would make a decision on disqualifying her within the next two weeks. Trump's attorneys told the judge they had multiple new witness testimonies that had just come to light that morning, but McAfee refused to admit them because the defense hadn't had a chance to examine the evidence.

McAfee signaled to Trump's attorneys that he may not need any more evidence to make his decision on whether or not to disqualify Willis from the case. Trump and his co-defendants in the Fulton County case have pushed to have the district attorney and her office removed from the prosecution over misconduct allegations stemming from her romantic relationship with special prosecutor Nathan Wade.

"I'd like to hear more of how some of the legal arguments apply to what has already been presented, and it may already be possible for me to make a decision without those needing to be material to that decision," McAfee said.

Willis and Wade's relationship was first revealed in a January court filing from co-defendant Michael Roman's attorney Ashleigh Merchant, who argued that their relationship was a conflict of interest that should lead to Willis' removal from the case and for the charges against her client to be dropped. Willis and Wade have maintained that their relationship did not begin until after Wade's appointment to the case.

It won’t do a lot of good if Fani is disqualified without disqualifying the entire Fulton Country DA’s office because her second in command will just pick up where she left off without any delay. However, it would make a big difference if the entire DA’s office is booted because then it gets assigned to the state AG who determines who handles it including his own office. The state AG is an elected Republican

He *has* to - it’d also, potentially, ruin any integrity he has as a judge.

And lefties would do everything possible to destroy his career and any personal peace of mind, and even personal security he might have.

The lefty press is already going after him.

At some point you have to follow the law….otherwise there is now law, only tyranny.

I hear you…it’s just that I watched some of it live and there’s just no way anyone can conclude all was ok….these people are paid to have a spine.

I especially enjoyed it when Trumps attorney said that there was so much evidence against her that if the judge didnt remove her all of them would appeal and it would be right back to square 1..
in other words you will be overturned.

“Pretty soon all clothing magazines will feature all-black models.”

Which means the only people affected are White models... who gives a s*** about models seriously. The paparazzi does. Glam fans probably. Nobody else pays attention however the glossy mags will try to convince you otherwise but in reality nobody really gives a s*** about that industry.

“She should be prosecuted for perjury and disbarred. She and Wade also should be required to pay back taxpayer money they stole.”

Losing her law license would hurt her more than anything. What is she going to do for a living, clean houses?

I watched a couple shows where there were several different commercials for BlendJet. The only whites in them were shabby, unkempt, blatant dolts.

I sent an email telling them we NEVER would buy their product because of that. Never got a response.

The company might not be to blame. If they requested normal white models for their ads they’d probably be run out of business.

I’m dead serious.

It doesn’t take vote fraud, when George Soros manipulates who gets to run for the office, and steers all kinds of laundered campaign cash their way.
