“The View.... living proof why women are a destructive force in the world.”

Well... after all, Eve ‘was’ a woman... the very first woman.

But in defense of my own womanhood, I am nothing like Eve ... except for being inflicted with an insatiable curious nature (lol).

At what point in the history of the universe did Whoopi become a Constitutional legal scholar? The only thing that she's ever said that meant anything to me was in 2016 when she promised to leave the country if Trump won the election.

I still waiting on this empty-headed blabbermouth to fulfill her promise.

Just to make this clear...Nixon was pardoned from anything that happened while in office....So was Bubba....But Trump does not have the same "immunity"...because they say so...

And we know absolutely that he was convicted of nothing....and they said he was guilty of everything in their impeachment cr**.

The View and its disconcertingly large audience is Exhibit A for abolishing the 19th Amendment.

We are already in a dictatorship. Law and the Constitution have been revoked. We are under the control of a vicious, angry, unstable hate-filled man who has promised to do everything the America haters tell him to do.

Remember when Whoopi suggested, live on the “The View,” that Dr Jill Biden be given the position of U.S. Surgeon General?

Unbelievable.

It's Whoopi talking...I find it totally believable. Last I heard, they are still looking for a neuron in her head that is still firing...

Women have wonderful qualities, but unchecked they are just destructive.. their instincts are just destructive long term, they really truly are.

Men need women to temper their qualities, and women need men to temper theirs.. Sadly though, the second part of that statement is utterly ignored by modern women, they are told they are great and men are evil, and its just insanity.

Yes, this is a generalization, there are exceptions to this, but there is no doubt in my mind that toxic feminism is the single greated destructive force on this planet today.

As any person with two brain cells, one more than Whoopi knows, there is a constitutional remedy when a president commits high crimes and misdemeanors. That is the purpose of impeachment.

I wonder if SCOTUS will consider that the House and Senate tried Trump for the same crimes Smith is now bringing. Trump was not convicted in the Senate. Is this an out for SCOTUS to not fully address the immunity claim? Will SCOTUS punt and say Trump cannot be tried for something the Congress failed to impeach him for?

I take it this whole “SCOTUS ruling will make Trump a dictator for life,” shtick is the new marching orders for the presstitutes? I saw a clip yesterday of Madcow spouting the same drivel.

immunity could deliver dictatorship to the point of speculating President Joe Biden could “throw every Republican in jail.”

Sort of like Biden ignoring the Supreme Court, or Pelosi unconstitutionally spending a trillion dollars or the Democrats trying to jail their political opponent or the Democrats pushing the removal of the 1st and 2nd amendment.. that sort of dictatorship?

a Supreme Court ruling in favor of Trump would:

help end the political persecution of Trump
be a victory for the rule of law
help restore faith in the American justice system
make it more difficult to prosecute future presidents for political reasons

Not Trump.

Not Biden.

Not Letitia James.

Not Jack Smith.

Keep in mind both Nixon and Clinton committed process crimes while in office; they lied to investigators while under oath. Both could, and Clinton did argue they technically did not lie. Nixon was not impeached, so technically, he could be tried for lying under oath after he left office. Neither the RATS nor Ford wanted that to happen, hence the pardon. I believe Nixon knew where the bodies were buried. Clinton was impeached, so he should not face charges for the same offense after leaving office. That should be the standard for Trump as well.
