Incredible moment Nathan Wade's divorce lawyer appears to mutter 'oh dang' when he's shown text message HE SENT saying his client started dating Fani Willis BEFORE she hired him to prosecute Trump

Nathan Wade's divorce attorney, Terrence Bradley, had a candid reaction to a piece of evidence he was presented with while on the stand Tuesday in the financial corruption trial of District Attorney Fani Willis.

Bradley, Wade's former divorce attorney and law partner, took the stand Tuesday, where he was shown a series of text messages in which he spoke about the timeline of Willis and Wade's relationship - one of the central issues of the trial.

A clip shows Bradley muttering to himself 'oh dang' as he reviews a series of texts in which he seemingly confirms that Willis and Wade were dating before Willis hired Wade to help prosecute the George case against former President Donald Trump.

One of Trump's attorneys, Steve Sadow questioned Bradley about a series of texts between himself and Ashleigh Merchant - an attorney for Trump co-defendant Michael Roman.

Sadow pointed to a text conversation in which Merchant wrote to Bradley:

'Like just date, don't hire him. Do you think it started before she hired him?' referring to Willis and Wade's romantic tryst and the timing of Wade's hiring.

It is at this point that Bradley whispered to himself 'dang.'

Sadow reads on that Bradley responded to Merchant's question via text: 'Absolutely.'

Bradley subsequently attempted to deny that he knew the actual timeline of Willis and Wade's relationship and his text had been mere 'speculation.'

Sadow then asked him 'why the heck' he would speculate about when they started dating in a text message.

'What you want the court to believe and you want the rest of us to believe, is that for some unknown reason, upon being asked a direct question about when the relationship started, you decided on your own to simply speculate and put it down in a text message...

I'm not a lawyer but watching this guy on tv if I were the prosecutor I'd have asked the judge to declare him a hostile witness.

Anna Cross was notably absent today from the States prosecution team and Wade was shooting daggers out of his eyes at Bradley

“Terrance Bradley didn’t kill him himself tomorrow “

I loved it when Bradley returned evidence he accidentally took home from the last hearing. The judge sat back and snickered and said, you have anything else?

I think at one point he did say something to the effect that he was an Adverse Witness.

My thought was, how in the hell did this guy pass the bar....? We know how he got into school.

Bradley seemed to be a hostile witness for both sides. The way the dark-haired lawyer chick tore into him last week was pretty stunning. He was taking a licking from both sides.

I almost feel sorry for him. When you’re an idiot, and have to measure every word so your former friends won’t kill you, that’s haaaaard.

Amazing, that there’s been a sudden MSM news blackout on this subject. So to speak.

Something that bothers me here...all these years of blacks saying they got the crappy end of the law. I’m now wondering how many got marginal legal representation from lawyers like Wade/Fani, and got the full impact of the law because the state bar licensed marginalized black graduates of law school.

In the case of Fani and Nat....neither seem that bright, and I wouldn’t advise any person (black or white) to use them for legal representation. If the state bar is that screwed up...says a lot for guys sitting in jail or prison.

He was just speculating

He was even speculating when he went even further and provided even more info on his own

He doesn’t know why he didn’t know

He can’t recalled if he lied

(Not sarcasm he really said those things)

I think someone from the Wade/Willis side got to Bradley over the weekend and threatened him about remembering anything. Hence the questions about who he had talked to about the case (emphasis on "recently").

The problem for Bradley, Wade, and Willis is that there isn't a jury and the Judge is making mental notes of Bradley's forgetfulness and protests about his earlier text messages and emails (i.e., "I wuz focused only on the $74,000").

As loyal Leftie Katie Phang said on MSNBC late yesterday, "Why would Bradley lie knowing he's risking his law license?"

Why indeed?

IIRC, closing arguments are scheduled for this coming Friday. Bradley gave the defense plenty of ammo by failing to remember his texts and emails to Ashleigh Merchant and by once again trying to claim attorney/client privilege for some details. He impeached himself as a witness for Wade/Willis and gave credence to his earlier emails and texts.

As Bradley's earlier email/text said about the Wade/Willis affair starting before Wade was hired, "Absolutely." The Judge isn't a jury. "Absolutely" isn't something the judge is going to overlook.

My takeaway so far is that the Judge has plenty of support for a decision to disqualify Willis and Wade (at a minimum). The $64,000 question is whether or not he will cave to the same threats that Bradley got.

“I’m now wondering how many got marginal legal representation from lawyers like Wade/Fani,”

No sympathy for them. Blacks seem to hire blacks. Yes; their racism is that strong. (Unless they’re represented by a Public Defense who happens to be black, that’s a different story.)

“I’m so stupid I choose to put my life in the hands of someone who looks like me and is ignorant, instead of Whitey who is competent to save my black ass. “
