Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAffee will hear evidence on the Michael Roman motion to disqualify District Attorney Fani Willis and Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade from prosecuting the Trump election interference case. Watch LIVE on RSBN on Thursday, Feb. 15, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. ET
Judge is doing a pretty fair job and sticking to the rules rather than giving one side or the other more leeway.
They are now objecting to every other question she has.....a dispicable tactic used to disrupt the flow of the questioning.
The Fanster herself doesn’t appear to be in court. Getting her nails done perhaps.
Potential witnesses that may testify can not sit in the court room to hear other testimony.
Law partner doesn’t want to rat on Wade.
Line of questioning should have been ruled on pre trial.
The witness is trying to play lawyer on the stand.
Judge skeptical of this witness’ privileged claim.
and wade’s lawyers are stonewalling and trying to confuse and keep this witness from testifying. This is the way it will be all day if the judge does not take charge and allow testimony from prosecuting witnesses
Court TV appears to be covering this.
Getting out of control.
The witness says he was told by the State Bar he couldn’t speak on any of the issues because it would ALL be attorney/client privilege. How can the judge know that is what the person at the State Bar actually told him?
Judge is going to shut this guy down pretty quickly I think.
Preliminary wrangling. Things are just warming up.
She’s on Zoom. She’ll read prepared answers.
Here we go.
The attorneys have coordinated in advance a gang-up on Ms. Marchant.
Plans on calling Big Fani to the stand.
Sounds like Ms Marchent (the witness) was put in the law office broom closet because she knew too much, leading to her resignation.
I think the judge is starting to get the feeling that the State and Wade attorneys really really don’t want some information to get revealed.
