The U.S. Department of Justice has filed a superseding indictment with additional charges against two Minnesota brothers who said they acted to protect dying protester Rosanne Boyland from police at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.
The Jan. 12 superseding indictment charges Aaron James, 37, of Lindstrom, Minnesota, with nine criminal counts, an increase of one charge from the initial indictment filed against him on Sept. 29, 2021. Prosecutors added one count of civil disorder, a felony that carries a maximum prison term of five years. The indictment alleges that Mr. James obstructed Capitol Police during a civil disorder between 2:42 and 2:44 p.m. on Jan. 6, 2021.
The original indictment charged Mr. James and his brother, Isaac Westbury, 21, also of Lindstrom, with civil disorder against Capitol Police and the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) between 4:17 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
The superseding indictment also adds a dangerous-weapon enhancement to the charge against both men for allegedly engaging in physical violence in a restricted building or grounds. The enhancement changes the maximum prison time for the charge from one year to 10.

If their assurance of maintaining power is based on fact, which means the corruption of our system is nearly solidified, then we have to stoop to their lack of morals and fairness in order to remove their cancer for our nation's future survival.
Because it's become blatantly obvious they are so power-mad that there are no limits to the damage they will do to retain it.

Kevin Greeson (age: 55) died of a heart attack; it's believed that this happened after a flash bang was fired nearby into the crowd.
Benjamin Phillips (age: 50) reportedly died of a stroke.

Who is the Capitol Police guy who pushed the protester off the ledge? Shouldn’t the cop be charged with attempted murder? Could have killed the guy, but the guy only broke his ankle, fortunately. Has anyone asked the cop why he reacted so violently and attacked the protester? The ledge seemed to be 10 or 15 feet off the ground!
Recall the video of the Capitol Police attacking the crown was not released until about a year after the first videos came out.
Think the guy was pushed off the ledge is suing.

Everybody knows it is illegal to try to protect a human being’s life when a government goon is trying to take it.
Two men were also killed when Capitol Police tossed flashbangs into the crowd triggering heart attacks.
The thugs pushed her down stairs and stomped her out. There is video out there.
This is a golden opportunity to post the video of her being beaten relentlessly while paramedics attempted to revive her. Let’s make sure everybody in America has this “seared into their collective memory.”
Also, what, may we ask, is this “deadly weapon” supposedly brandished while CPR was being administered? Kinda hard to do that.
