DES MOINES, Iowa, Jan 10 (Reuters) - Donald Trump said on Wednesday that he knows who he wants for his running mate in the 2024 race for president and that his commitment to the NATO alliance will depend on how Europeans treat the United States.

The frontrunner for the Republican nomination, Trump was asked by anchors at a live Fox News town hall who was under consideration for vice president on his ticket.

"I can't tell you that really. I mean I know who it's going to be," Trump told the gathering of Republican voters in Des Moines, Iowa, five days before that Midwestern state's first-in-the-country nominating context.

Yes, Tulsi was a Democrat. Has anyone ever listened to her interviews, or done research on her credentials? I happen to like Noem and Lake as well.

By the way… Reagan was a Democrat. Trump was a Democrat.

I like everyone on this list, but Carson could be such an unbelievable force globally.

Everywhere he would go in the world, he would relate with the populations immediately.

You keep mentioning the video. Where is it? Do you expect people to trudge through thousand of posts looking for your sacred video?

If I was running for President, I’d have Mike Pompeo down near the very bottom of my list of 10 million prospective VP candidates — below arsonists, pedophiles, George Conway and Hunter Biden.

That guy is a textbook definition of a “Deep State Swamp Creature.”

I don’t want any woman picked for vp.
This nation has been brought to the breaking point, by bidenbarry 3 years. Trump is the strong person we need to get us back to sanity.. And he needs to choose a vp with enough years to have wisdom and looks solid.. We need to have the appearance of maturity and give a picture of solid leadership. No woman.. I am one and I know a woman is not a picture of assurance of stability and leadership.

No matter how strong Trump is, a woman weakens his position. Especially, coming off the dem, Harris.. The one most know and the only one I would consider If he went for a female.. Would be Kari. Only because she has set the example of being a fighter. She has already made her place and is known. And she is pretty. But I still think a man who is known for a solid background, helps a Trump ticket.

No. She is far from a conservative. Very far

So are many of the Republicans in Congress, yet they keep getting elected back in. The job of the VP first and foremost is to get the President elected.

There would be lots of positives to this: she is a former democrat and been in the heart of that cesspool so she understands their inner workings, she checks the minority box, she's appeared to come to her senses the last few years, she's a veteran, and not bad on the eyes.

More importantly, it's also someone that has been crapped on by the establishment.

“She might have some sizable ovaries but we’re not talkin about big mike here.”

Explain. As far as I can see, her overies are replaced by balls, as she is willing to FIND THE TRUTH regarding the Neocon Schemes, which is FAR MORE than most Republicans are willing to do. Not sure regarding ‘mike’, though.

Ben Carson gives a sense of security. And if it matters, he has black background. I have followed him for a long time.. He is solid.. Came from single mom, poor.. Made it to the doctor who could do the exceptional and who has God in his life. With all his success, he is humble and someone trustworthy.

He has sent other youths to college.. He lives the life of success, shares, and does it quietly.. An example of ‘doing it the right way’.

He has earned a place of distinction.

There is one goal this election...one! That's to get Trump elected. This will require an overwhelming majority of votes for Trump in order to combat the shenanigans, fraud, media coverage, uniparty, etc. If we think this is just another typical election where any VP candidate will do, that ship has sailed. Let's face it, November or Sanders are will not pull any of the fence sitters over on votes. Certainly not many Democrats. Perhaps it isn't Tulsi, but it needs to be someone that can shift voters to a level where any degree of fraud becomes plain as day.

If we are voting for a President because of a VP pick, that does not say much about the candidate for President. There is also plenty of posts on FR about how voters just need to hold their nose and vote for the Republican because they are better than any Democrat. Amd we can see where that has landed us...a uniparty.

Heck, if Trump picked Hannibal Lector as VP, I probably wouldn't care. It would probably put some real fear into the Democrats (and some Republicans) that they might be eaten if they play their games. Remember, there are plenty of Republicans in Congress that really don't want Trump re-elected.
