The structures that bind the nations of the world together are breaking down before our eyes.
Two savage wars are raging in volatile regions, either of which might at any moment blow up to involve additional belligerents and the potential use of nuclear weapons.
The UN, established to prevent such disasters, has become a plaything of dictators: Iran, one of the bloodiest regimes on earth and a proud sponsor of terrorism, has just assumed the chair of the UN’s Human Rights Council.
China has greatly accelerated production of nuclear warheads — and the Chinese media has begun to issue threats about “war on a global scale.”
The erratic Kim regime in North Korea has the bomb and the aforementioned Iranians, who have promised to annihilate Israel, are about to get theirs.
The Venezuelans are threatening to invade Guyana, which would disrupt the energy markets.
Under the Taliban, Afghanistan is once again a potential staging area for terrorist attacks; but many additional locations are on offer — Yemen, Syria, Libya, Pakistan, whole swaths of the Sahel.
Meanwhile, waves of escapees from impoverished and conflict-ridden nations batter democratic societies and roil democratic politics.

Amen - there was (is) nothing “clueless” about it. He hates the USA with an abiding passion, so naturally one should expect his foreign policy to be damaging to the best interests of the USA.
I wouldn’t characterize “his” policy as “clueless”. His puppet masters knew what they were doing as far as attaining their desired goal - backing Iran, supporting terrorism, starting wars, creating a background for never-ending destruction and death.
Yes. Obama “intended” to transform America into a weak nation unable to defend itself from external or domestic foes. He succeeded, the bastard.

Saying 0bama’s foreign policy was “clueless” assumes that he did not want to destroy everything. I question that assumption.

Then there’s Ukraine. Can’t figure out why Obama would want to pull off a coup there. But we did.
Obama was an angel of death.
His support of Muslim Brotherhood nearly caused a genocide of Christian Copts. With him as head puppet, the US deep-state destroyed Libya and Syria, causing the greatest migrant flows in Europe since WWII. He bombed Houthis (who are now bombing us). He green-lighted the Maidan Coup in Ukraine, which was the cause of the present troubles there. He lied about leaving Iraq and did nothing in Afghanistan.
And he brought his color-revolution, racial-reckoning to American streets.
Don't assume the grift only included the often-named Bidens, Pelosis, Kerrys and Romney chums. Lots more names here and in Europe have probably been picking up their piece of the worldwide corruption pie.
Or John Kerry's "both sides are equally to blame for palestinian terrorism", or Jimmy Carter's thesis that Israel is doing apartheid with those same palestinians...

Hard to say. The 16 and 17th Amendments really got the progressive ball rolling, and those were ratified before women got to vote.
