Three teenagers have been arrested for beating an Ohio father of three to death, police say.
Columbus police said the incident happened at 7 p.m. on Dec. 6. The three young men allegedly engaged the victim, 53-year-old Donnie Smith, inside a Kroger grocery store, WSYX-TV reported.
The suspects were asked to leave by security after getting into an altercation with patrons inside the store, and then the fight continued outside, police said. Smith was taken to a hospital in critical condition and later died.

They did not “get into” an altercation with anyone. They deliberately started trouble to have an excuse for giving someone a fatal beatdown.
I doubt the law would agree, but I consider that to be premeditated murder.

Those feral hogs in Texas might yet serve a positive purpose. Throw these useless harmful wastes of oxygen and space into a pen full of nice feral hogs. Then mail a box of the resulting feces to their wonderful "parents".

Who said anything about javelina? That's a native wild species. I'm talking about those wild boars that destroy so much of farmers' fields and livestock. And you don't have to kill them once they feast on urban ferals. There are plenty more for them to take care of, until urban parents manage to get their parenting act together (which I don't hold out much hope for).
