White House: Biden Bribery Scheme Allegations Are ‘Conspiracy Theories’
SLAY News ^ | December 11, 2023 - 4:12 pm | Frank Bergman

Posted on 12/12/2023 6:26:34 AM PST by Red Badger

The White House has claimed that allegations of bribery, influence-peddling, and corruption against Democrat President Joe Biden and his family and nothing more than “conspiracy theories.”

On Monday, White House deputy press secretary Andrew Bates refused to answer questions on “conspiracy theories” of corruption within the Biden family.

Bates was grilled about the many Biden family scandals as he spoke with reporters aboard Air Force One.

Questions are rightly mounting ahead of a likely House vote this week to launch a formal impeachment inquiry against President Biden.

The press also has questions about the possible appearance of his son, Hunter Biden, for a deposition before the House Oversight and Judiciary Committees on Wednesday.

“I am not going to weigh in on that process except to say that President Biden is laser-focused on the issues that matter most to American families,” Bates said.

“You see him today getting ready to deliver for firefighters in Philadelphia.

“Like I mentioned, we’re making a historic announcement in advanced manufacturing to keep bringing jobs back from overseas.”

“He’s focused on what matters to American families, not Marjorie Taylor Greene’s conspiracy theories about his own family,” he added.

Rep. Greene (R-GA) is a supporter of impeaching Biden and a member of the GOP often targeted by Democrats for political attacks.

House Republicans hope to hold the formal vote on whether to officially launch the inquiry this week.

However, they are facing opposition from Democrats and some members within their own party.

GOP opposition to the inquiry has been shrinking as those members representing districts Biden won in 2020 have begun to back the move.

This includes Rep. Don Bacon (R-NE) who told Politico he was switching from opposing the inquiry to supporting it because of the increased likelihood Biden would cooperate.

“The president is saying he isn’t going to provide information until we get an inquiry, so I went from a no to a yes,” he told the outlet.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) has spearheaded the sprawling investigation into Biden.

The probe has focused on Hunter, his various foreign business dealings, and the money he got from them.

The committee hosted an impeachment inquiry hearing in September as part of that probe.

The White House has repeatedly said that Biden did nothing wrong and had no knowledge of his son’s business dealings.

Additionally, the Oversight and Judiciary Committees posted an official notice last week for Hunter’s closed-door deposition on Wednesday.

The president’s son has so far been refusing to comply with the subpoena to testify behind closed doors.

Hunter’s attorney notified Comer and House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) last week that the president’s son would only appear for testimony before the committee in a public setting.

Comer and Jordan subsequently threatened to hold him in contempt of Congress if he fails to appear for his deposition.

Joe Biden is pissed b/c Hunter is being subjected to the law..

Egged on by his dad, Hunter’s trying to weasel out of the charges, saying he was a victim,
and “out of it,” a full blown druggie, abusing crack cocaine, and other substances, at the time.

What a crock.

During periods where Hunter claims to have been “out of it,” a “hopeless junkie,”
<><>he was a key player in a global influence-peddling scheme,
<><>he had a full-fledged tax-paid Secret Service detail
<><>he was jetting globally, getting free rides on Air Force Two
<><>he was selling out the US, left and right
<><>he was undermining American families’ safety and security,
<><>he was setting up a sophisticated money laundering operation
<><>he was coordinating a complex labyrinth of LLC accounts
<><>AND netting millions of dollars for himself, dad, and the Biden Crime Family.

Our new two tier justice system:

All Democrat’s crimes are misdemeanors

All Republican’s crimes are 1st degree felonies

The Hunter Biden Tax Indictment Is a Disaster for the White House
NATIONALREVIEW.COM ^ | 12/8/2023 | ANDREW C. MCCARTHY
FR Posted on 12/12/2023, 12:09:01 AM by bitt

If you’ve been following the Biden saga, the indictment has some neon-flashing problems for the president. There are several astonishing things about the 56-page grand-jury indictment filed with nine counts against the president’s son, Hunter Biden, by federal prosecutor David Weiss.

The first is that it’s dizzying.

The indictment is scathing in describing the younger Biden’s unsavory lifestyle, his deep dishonesty, and his willful decision to evade tax liabilities on millions of dollars in income and instead spend the money on escorts, drugs, luxury goods, and the like.

Joe’s beloved son Hunter is portrayed as exactly the kind of tax cheat who should be prosecuted. In fact, he appears to be just the sort of elitist scoundrel abominated in the rhetoric of his father and Democrats — privileged, addicted to consumption, producing little of real value, and greedily unwilling to pay his “fair share.”

But here’s the problem: Just four months ago, the same David Weiss tried to bury the same tax case against the same Hunter Biden — offering him a no-jail plea to two puny misdemeanors, a sweetheart deal so out of the ordinary that Weiss’s minions could not answer a judge’s simple questions about it, and that the ever-entitled Hunter’s defense lawyers foolishly blew up over fear of a hypothetical prosecution on tougher charges that Weiss patently had no intention to bring.

Not so much theories considering they’ve traced almost $250,000 of Chinese money to Biden’s personal account.

Yeah I smell a rat in the trial case- doubt he will be charged with much- but if so, he certainly will be pardoned, proving that there really is a 2-tiered justice system that caters to the mega wealthy and powerful- some thing God really really frowns on BTW. God told man to judge impartially regardless of the status of the people being judged. Our court system though directly disobey God on that matter

99% of Americans will be financially worse-off than they were pre-pandemic by mid-2024, JPMorgan says.

It’s a small price to pay for no more mean tweets from the mean/bad orange man...

Nice-pick-up......

I added the SS detail b/c it illustrates somebody was watching Hunter the
whole time.... and knows what he’s capable of doing while high on drugs.

In fact, the word from druggieville is that snorting up a nostril or two makes you better at your job.

......notice that nowhere in the charges is Joe Biden mentioned
.........another example of the two-tier justice system......

Each and everyone of the members of the so called main stream media/news and the politicians that continue to report that there is no proof connecting RHB to FJB are either ignorant and/or complicit liars . . . and absolutely evil to the core.

Sure, but there’s no proof that the cocaine found in the WH was his. Apparently there were potentially over five hundred other people in the WH over that weekend that must have been known cocaine users besides RHB.

Could have been anyone of them . . .
