What's amazing is that Texas had to file a suit like this in the first place.
Unfortunately, the ruling is only an injunction that: "shall last until it expires on November 13, 2023," pending further court actions.

It didn’t even last that long. After the injunction, the Biden Regime sent bulldozers to uproot the concertina wire. I don’t think the injunction stopped them for more than a few days.
And then the so-called “border patrol” high five and fist bump the invaders. “Up yours America!”

The whole thing is meaningless as long as the executive branch, including the DOJ, is controlled by the current criminals.
The states should have filed to have Mayorkas replaced by a court appointed special master who will actually enforce the law. Unless that happens or until the states grow a pair and actually use the National Guard or state militias to start throwing illegals back over the border, nothing significant will be done.
Federal judge. That means the court system. Please be aware that using the courts benefit the rats. It takes time and even if the ruling is in our favor the damage is often done already. Unscramble the egg? Sure.
