Roughly 5,000 people have joined a caravan in southern Mexico headed for the border with the United States.
Mustering in Chiapas, the caravan is the largest such gathering this year, according to the Daily Mail. Its members have reportedly become fed up with lethargic pace of Mexico's own migrant processing system and are opting to take their chances with America instead.
The group includes people from Venezuela, Cuba, Haiti, and much of Central America. Caravan leader Irineo Mujica told Real America's Voice on Monday that "the Biden administration has dropped the ball with immigration."
"A lot of the countries [that] are fueling this immigration by providing a way, transporting people... to make sure that a lot of this immigration goes straight in to the United States," he said.

We didn’t stand up and fight for America after some huge pushes by the government to take away our God given rights.

Venezuela is where these ME fighting age males go to assimilate into the Latino culture. They spend a year or so there picking up the culture and language.
Trust me they are hard to pick out of a crowd of wetbacks. The only thing that gives them away is their angry expressions when caught.
Another thing. Most of the get aways ( reaching 2 million since Biden has been in office) are your hard core wets, cartel members, Chinese and ME.

I agree. But there are still large swaths of sanity all over the place. That’s why the Socialist Democrats and feckless RINOs are having such a hard time implementing their plans of total destruction.
We normally deal with ‘bad news’ here, when there are still a lot of things RIGHT about America. None better, in fact. Look to the small towns and rural areas, far FAR away from either coast or DC. ‘America’ is still there for the most part. My little ‘Cow Town’ is an example of that.
Of course, since we put up little resistance and keep re-electing the same GODLESS COWARDS and GRIFTERS over and over again, it’s probably just a matter of time. I’ll enjoy it while I can. :)

In a Senate hearing, Biden’s DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas confirms there are over 600,000 known got-aways at the border in fiscal year 2023......he was being rigorously questioned by Sen Roger Marshall, a doctor.
Mayorkas also repeatedly refused to answer Sen Marshall’s questions asking how many illegal immigrants have ties to known terror groups, saying only that DHS takes “appropriate enforcement action” to any national security threats.
Sen Marshall also asked when and if DHS would provide the countries of origin of people arrested at the border on the FBI terror watch list - Mayorkas responded that that data could be provided in an “appropriate setting” (non public)
So why is this slime ball still in office? He continually covers-up for Biden and illegally withholds critical information to Congress and to the American people.

I remember reading something about International Law or treaties that put the onus on the migrant that his life/family was in physical danger in their own nation and once arriving in the nearest safe/free nation they had to stay and apply there for whatever. Do I have this wrong? If not, what happened to that Law or treaty or policy?

That policy has been ignored by Biden from day one. Once a few high profile victims are murdered or raped by one of our recent “diversity” arrivals, we may start hearing of more push-back from democrats. The problem is that with their having perfected the election fraud, they no longer care what their democrat voters think.
