Far-left Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Arthur Engoron barred Trump and Trump’s family members from transferring assets or creating new entities without notifying an appointed court monitor on day 4 of Letitia James’ Stalinist show trial.
The independent court monitor, Barbara Jones, is a former federal judge appointed by Bill Clinton.
Nothing to see here, move along.

As the questioning of witnesses continues, Judge Engoron has issued an order outlining the next steps to dissolve Trump’s companies in New York.
Engoron last week found that Trump and his adult sons used fraudulent documents to conduct business, and ordered the cancellation of his business certificates in the state. Trump appealed that ruling yesterday.
In today’s order, Engoron asks the defendants to provide a list of “entities controlled or beneficially owned by Donald J. Trump” — and the other co-defendants — to the Hon. Barbara S. Jones, the independent monitor overseeing Trump’s business activities.
Trump is also required to notify Jones of any new business applications or changes to preexisting entities.

I seriously question the wisdom of bench trial vs jury. Jury, they would have been able to see the evidence whereas with Judge he just flat out says guilty.
They said they went with bench trial as easier to appeal. But Trump has 30 days to list his properties to another Judge that will be sold. Jury trial might have stalled this, etc.
Trumps lawyers filed an appeal to stay, but who are they appealing to? More Dem hating Judges?
One day if/when Trump becomes President, these corrupt, rabid leftist prosecutors and judges will get their due.
This idiotic ruling sets a very dangerous precedent. What is going to happen is if a Trump hating/Biden loving D.A. decides he or she doesn't like someone's politics just because that person is MAGA and/or a Trump supporter, that D.A. is able to find a corrupted or compromised judge who is like minded, that D.A. could very well end up owning that person's business and possibly fire everyone.
There are a lot of Trump haters and Biden lovers out there who would love to do this. They see what just happened here and are thinking, you know what, this might be a chance for me to try and bankrupt some MAGA hate monger and have his or her business taken away. All I need to do is find a corrupted and compromised judge who hates Trump just like I do to do this.
The end result unfortunately is going to be more people ending up in the unemployment line and destitute.
This sorry bastard in black robes needs to be thrown off the bench for this.
