WATCH: Trump Says He Doesn’t Think He Will Pick Any of the Candidates in GOP Debate to Be His VP

Former President Donald Trump has said he does not think he will choose one of his fellow candidates to be his running mate for 2024. Trump said that the other candidates are “running for a job.”

The Republican frontrunner made the comments during a speech in Michigan on Wednesday addressing the United Auto Workers strike.

“We’re competing with the job candidates, they’re all running for a job,” Trump said. “No, they’re all job candidates. They want to be in the — they want to, they’ll do anything, secretary of something, they even say VP.”

“Does anybody see the VP in the group? I don’t think so,” Trump continued.

Wanted Trump to choose Ben Carson first go around and he was betrayed by Pence. Thought he should choose Judge Lagoa since she understands communists but he chose other. This time he has to pick the right VP since he will be only 4 years and out.

They already are seem to have dirt on Kristi Noem and if true what a mess.

Is the best choice for VP sitting in Virginia. Gov Youngkin is popular and low key which would balance Trump but if wishes came true I would prefer the Lt Governor over the Governor since she would cause 90 percent of the Libs a heart attack if she were picked.

And then RFK Jr for AG once elected.

“..does not think he will..”

Plenty of wiggle room left, in case he changes his mind later on.

If it wasn't for the dark money going into DeSantis, I'd like him as VP.

Vivek would be a good PR man.

Good. I don’t think any of them are worthy of being Trump’s VP at this time.

For a while I thought DeSantis would but he’s in too deep with the GOPe and globalists. At least it appears that way. There are some who think the GOPe IS the republican party because they have the money and connections. It would be hard to argue against that which creates a real conundrum.

The GOPe needs real conservative America First votes and the America First (MAGA) voters need the GOPe voters. In a perfect world the GOPe would move far more to the right and MAGA would move a little to the left to meet at an acceptable level of ideology.

It’s going to be Robert F. Kennedy or Tulsi. Unity ticket. Bet the farm.

It can’t be someone from Florida. That’s why Dick Cheny moved from Texas to Wyoming.

Anyone Trump picks for anything should be chosen strictly for loyalty. Skills and experience matter far less. But if they will support Trump 100% then they could be a possible pick. Obviously no one at the GOP debate fits this.

Yes that is why Dick Cheney moved from Texas to Wyoming to be Bush’s running mate.

Trump will move his legal residence out of Florida if that were an obstacle to him picking a running mate from Florida.

That would be an interesting move. That or even Robert Kennedy. I'm not excited about any of the other candidates, and they'd do nothing to help Trump win.

I hear you. But we’ve got to get Trump elected first. It will be quite an uphill battle because of Democrat cheating and media lying.

Who would best appeal to the squishy middle, and help Trump carry a few swing states? That’s the only thing I’d focus on. Who that is, I can’t say now. Perhaps it should be a likable, conservative woman.

Is that identity politics? You betcha. Do what you gotta do to win.

Trump / Lake 2024, but Biden will WIN the election through FRAUD, LOTS OF IT. And as last time, the FIB will do NOTHING to investigate voter fraud and ballot fraud. NOTHING.

They will STEAL it before our eyes knowing damn well that NO ONE will do anything to stop it. As a matter of fact, the FIB WILL ARREST ANYONE WHO ATTEMPTS TO STOP THE 2024 STEAL.

We're ALREADY seeing election interference with the indictments of Trump, implementation of mass ballot mailing and IN-KIND CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTIONS FROM THE MEDIA BY FAILING TO GIVE ANY COVERAGE OF THE IMPEACHMENT HEARINGS.

Yes lets start off the next admin with democrats in the cabinet. RFK jr? Seriously?

None of these losers from the debate will bet anywhere near the next Trump admin. VP will more likely be Flynn.

It sure won’t be Pence because there’s a Twitter post that some stripper drag queen is going to out Pence on some really nasty gay stuff in coming weeks.

Excellent idea. That would really shake up both parties and the media. They would be apoplectic.
