Hunter Biden was indicted Thursday on a federal gun charge out of Special Counsel David Weiss' investigation.
Biden was charged with making a false statement in the purchase of a firearm; false statement related to information required to be kept by a federal firearms licensed dealer; and one count of possession of a firearm by a person who is an unlawful user of or addicted to a controlled substance.
The charges come after an original plea agreement collapsed in July. Hunter Biden was expected to plead guilty in July to two misdemeanor tax counts of willful failure to pay federal income tax as part of a plea deal to avoid jail time on a felony gun charge.
Hunter Biden was forced to plead not guilty to two misdemeanor tax charges and one felony gun charge.

The gun charges statute of limitations was due to run out in October. I don’t see this as a diversion from Joe Biden’s complicity in collusion and bribery. However, this will definitely bring 2A arguments into the discussion.

What they did this time was shop for a judge that will give him a slap on the wrist. Perhaps a small fine, but no jailtime. Now, that is conjecture on my part. Let’s watch now & see how it plays out.

So correct. Federal Gun felonies have no statute of limitations. Hunter will get convicted and Daddy will pardon him, because at this point Joe has nothing to lose.
On the other hand the DOJ slow walked the Tax Evasion charges until the 7 year statute of limitations ran out.
Not a bad result for Hunter considering his multi-year crime spree.
What is going to come of this is the Elites will once again show us that they are immune from the law. Hunter will serve as an example to us by walking away from this with no punishment.
