Here’s hoping they stick the landing.
I bet it lands, but not slowly
Ground control to...
No living man landed on the moon. There’s a little problem called the Van Allen Belts. The more we know about them. The more dangerous they are.
Should have just said aliens hijacked it and called it a day. That seems to be the thing these days.
Oh Ivan...you’ve lost another spacecraft???
So their lander crashed in the Utah desert?
Stuff like this takes practice, and the Russians haven’t landed anything on the Moon in decades. I’d be tempted to gloat, but we haven’t landed anything on the Moon in decades, either.
One of the problems with cryogenic fuel (liquid oxygen and liquid hydrogen - Artemis; or Methane for SpaceX) is its hard to pre-cool the valves to -450 C and then fire the rocket without thermal issues. Expansions s contraction at the extreme temperatures are hell on seals. Jamming (or freezing in place) is all too common
Apollo used Kerosene and liquid Oxygen- better risk tree; imho
That’s an awful lot of convoluted language to describe a space fart. I’m gonna use that the next time I rip one.
Oh, those Ukrainians with their anti-drone guns!
Oh, those Ukrainians with their anti-drone guns!
Luna 15 reprise?
Not as easy as it looks eh Ivan?
Putin pretending to be USSR
Russia isn’t
Putin is acting like Kim Jong Un, trying to appear relevant on the world stage. The only place he can act in the world is Black Africa that is irrelevant and doesn’t matter snd then his moon adventure fails
