Chicago police issued a media statement saying the 31-year-old victim was shot during a fight in the first block of West Cermak around 2:08 a.m. Sunday. I always drilled into my kids that nothing good ever happens after 2:00 a.m. :-)

In Argentina at one point, the government decided to “Defund the Police”, according to Fernando “Ferfal” Aguirre. Weeks into this awful experiment, good Argentinians took it upon themselves to deal with the rampant crime. They shot and hanged criminals, among other things, to such an extent that the criminals actually begged the government to bring the police back. The government eventually did.
I guess these crooks thought the risk of three hots and a cot in a 6x9 was preferable to being hanged in the streets.

Just the beginning. Absent public safety there will be vigilantism. Good. Especially in Shitcago -- GOOD! It's about damn' time people in the city started taking matters into their own hands. The politicians and a consent decree have the hands of the po-po tied.
All that's left is a citizen uprising and the death of the criminal class. Bring it on.
