Portland's woke school board has refused to fire a black dance teacher caught ringing in sick to take private lessons and judge a contest - after claiming that doing so would be racist.
Keller repeatedly pretended to be sick so he could skip work for his side gig teaching dance lessons.
After being told his contract wouldn't permit him to take Wednesdays off to teach private lessons, Keller rang in sick on the day multiple times.
He's also accused of ringing in sick after his request for unpaid leave so he could judge a dance contest in North Carolina was turned down. Keller ended up attending that contest and judging.
His behavior led to a furious clash with school officials that led headteacher Julie Rierson and superintendent Guadalupe Guerrero to move to fire him, The Oregonian reported.

privileged and pampered...then again, many teachers are....who ever heard of a job where they can’t fire you for being incompetent, frequently calling in sick, being late, hurting children, or just plain old not teaching the kids anything...
Each school board member who voted not to fire a liar just because he’s black, should be made to wear a day-glow orange and black sandwich board saying “KICK ME HARD! I pander to blacks b/c I think they’re stupid & incapable of controlling their behavior. Have A Nice Day!!!”

If the principal can’t discipline AWOL teachers, then the kids must be out of control. The school board has stripped the principal of authority and given black employees carte blanche to take Wednesdays off.
My white privilege card has no such ‘benefits’ - not all privileges are distributed equally. The school board is judging him by skin color and not content of bad character. Modern bass ackwards leftards for ya.

Years ago, I heard from a former coworker that my old company restructured and was going to send all supervisors back to the line to work. Only one fought - threatened to file a lawsuit with the EEOC and NAACP, saying it was because he was black. The company folded and let him stay, restructured around him.
