privileged and pampered...then again, many teachers are....who ever heard of a job where they can’t fire you for being incompetent, frequently calling in sick, being late, hurting children, or just plain old not teaching the kids anything...
I bet you that the people on the School Board are mostly White Liberals.
Years ago, I heard from a former coworker that my old company restructured and was going to send all supervisors back to the line to work. Only one fought - threatened to file a lawsuit with the EEOC and NAACP, saying it was because he was black. The company folded and let him stay, restructured around him.
