I don’t know if it’s a direct result from Covid lockdowns, but my volleyball leagues have around 33% of the pre Covid participants.
Fewer people at my gym lifting, and I’m almost always alone on the track.
It's not just the vax.
It's fentanyl. It's suicide, violent crime, alcoholism. It's obesity! The pandemic brought with it the first INCREASE in cigarette smoking in decades!
We are not a healthy people.
I think we can also thank the years of the food pyramid being the nutrition guideline schools were made to follow and that many people held to thinking it was healthier. This contributed greatly to rising rates of diabetes, heart disease, obesity, metabolic syndrome, and poor immune systems.
