When the Republican wing of the Uniparty pretended that the J6 prosecutions were not political and did not acknowledge that their incarcerations were the greatest miscarriage of justice at least in my lifetime if not in our country’s history, then our republic was lost.
Self-government is a lost cause without an opposition party.
Those on this forum can demonize the Marxists, the leftists, the liberals, or the Democrats by whatever name they choose.
But the leftist crowd is not so powerful to singularly carry out what has happened to the J6ers, and now what is happening to Trump.
Those being demonized have enablers or accomplices or whatever name you choose.
Trump does NOT have a legal defense.
There is NO legal defense for political prosecutions.
But Trump has a political defense that will play in Peoria as Ehrlichman once rhetorically asked.
Why am I being charged when Biden did the same or worse?
In the court of public opinion, that is a winning defense.
Figuratively this is David versus Goliath.
The people love a fighter fighting against all odds as surely as God loved David.

It’s because there IS no investigation going on in connection with Biden’s possession of classified documents. A special counsel was supposedly created, but they were given no charges, goals, or directions. The only thing given to that team was money to spend as they wish. That special counsel is interviewing no one, reviewing no documents, and compiling no information.
At some point late this year, a report will be issued stating that since Biden had no “intent” of harm when removing documents from secured facilities, no reasonable prosecutor would charge him with a crime.
Case dismissed and closed.
