From about a year ago during the raid on Trump’s property there was some story about Brandon reclassifying the relevant material.

A bit ex-post facto but who follows the law anymore?

This is so in your face. Today there is a press conference about the Biden documents. Now they indict Trump.

What is amazing is they had the gall to charge Trump with espionage. That reveals their treacherous, demonic nature. Does their exist a person on earth who truly thinks that was done out of a true desire to right a wrong?

How can it be determined he made false statements if he’s never been interviewed by Jack Smith? I did a search specifically focused on if he’s been officially interviewed by the Special Counsel, and nothing shows up.

"Bull to the shiite"

I didn't realize that having documents pertaining to Crossfire Hurricane was a part of national defense? Especially when he wrote a letter declassifying them all before he left the White House.

In the meantime Hillary, who Comey said committed felonies, goes on her merry way. What a sham. Equal justice under the law my ass.

"Are they indicting the other presidents?"

The Clintons sent Sandy Berger, on two different occasions, to the National Archives to steal multiple copies of an internal assessment of the Clinton Adminstration's handling of the unsuccessful 2000 Millennial attack. He destroyed them all. He was offered a plea deal. At his sentencing hearing, he was never asked why he stole the documents. He was order to pay a fine, do community service, give up his law license, and lost his security clearance for three years. After the three years, he got it back and was working as an advisor to Hillary Clinton when she was Sec. of State. His emails were found on Hillary's private server, and nobody's bothered to check whether or not he — a convicted thief of classified documents — had access to emails containing classified intelligence. And they have the nerve to go after a former President.

"Trump made a mistake by not calling forth the militia to restore the Republic."

Milley would have sent a battalion of soldiers to remove him from The White House...guaranteed. And who was going to stop him? The Secret Service? I doubt it. This is the same guy who called his counterpart in China twice to reassure them were weren't going to attack them, and if we ever did, he'd give them a heads-up. He called the Chi-coms before the 2020 election, and again on January 8th, 2021. He's a traitor.

There is no choice now. It’s Trump or the end of the Republic.

Thanks for link. Dan Bongino is very bright and even more aware. I’ve been following him on Rumble quite a while.

Great program on many points.

“The charges range from conspiracy to willful retention of national defense information to a scheme to conceal to false statements, ABC reported.”

It should not surprise me that federal prosecutors are illiterate. I will happily stand corrected but it is my understanding that the “willful retention of national defense information” is being brought up under 18 US 793. But in order to be in violation of that law it must be shown that,
“.. or information relating to the national defense which information the possessor has reason to believe could be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation,”

It is not enough for Trump to have possession of the documents. He must have had reason to believe those documents could be used to the injury of the U.S. or to help any foreign nation. I have seen nothing to argue this is the case. It also does not mean the prosecution must have reason to believe, or the judge. But Trump himself has to believe they could so be used.

"The difference is all the time he'll have to spend in court instead of campaigning and debating."

He may not debating. The RNC is making it mandatory for anyone who debates, to take an oath of loyalty that they will support the Republican candidate for President, also sign a pledge agreeing not to participate in any non-RNC-sanctioned debate during the election cycle, and sign an RNC data-sharing agreement at least 48 hours before the first debate. When they announced this, Trump said he might not take part in the debates because of the rules. Rinos Asa Hutchinson, and Christie came out against the loyalty oath. It could be interesting if the RNC held a debate, and nobody, especially the front runner shows up.

"Obvious did want him out of the race because he will win"

It's obvious they are also doing this because they know he won in 2020, and letting him back in The White House puts them all in jeopardy.

"And stick big Mike in to save the day. Praying I am wrong."

They'd have to steal the election to get that dick elected.

After Trump presents his defense and all motions for dismissal are heard by trial judges, and all appeals play out, Trump won’t be convicted of anything. Every single fake charge against him will be dismissed, in the end. Liberal prosecutors are just trying to tie him up in court until next summer so he has trouble winning the GOP nomination. That’s the result they’re trying to get from all these fictional, fraudulent indictments.

Trump has to respond tactically by moving as fast as possible to get dismissals of all these fake charges against him, then use these disgraceful, fake, fictional indictments against the democrats in the general election. These fake, fraudulent indictments may backfire very badly against the democrats, and will simply prove once again that the democrat party is a corrupt and disgraceful organization that can’t be trusted to govern in America. The dismissal of all these fake indictments may cost Biden the election next year, and we’ll see a second massively successful Trump administration take office in 2024. Hang in there Donald...we all still support you completely!
