National Police Association sues to make trans Nashville school shooter Audrey Hale's manifesto public - days after cops said they were pausing plans to release it due to 'pending litigation'

The National Police Association has filed a lawsuit in a bid to make trans Nashville school shooter Audrey Hale's manifesto public.

Hale's manifesto has remained shrouded in secrecy since the March 27 massacre at Covenant Christian Academy that killed three children and three school workers, with the gunwoman also shot dead by cops.

But on April 28, NPA Head Ed Hutchinson and Tennessee investigator Clata Renee Brewer filed the suit with Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County. They subsequently issued an amended complaint on Friday blasting the 'absurd' decision to withhold the manifesto once more because of pending litigation.

Calls for its release has grown in the last few weeks that saw another mass shooting in the nation- 192 mass shootings so far, this year and 647 mass shootings in 2022, according to the Gun Violence Archive, as per The New York Times.

The Tennessee Firearms Association also filed an administrative appeal for the materials, The USA Today Network reported.

The Metro Nashville Police Department officials claimed the release had been paused because their attorneys told them to hold off from any release while the suit was making its way through the courts.

That pause came just days after the MNPD and the Tennessee Governor announced that Hale's writings would be released for public consumption.

The MNPD Police, who sought their legal counsel blamed the recent litigation for the change, according to The New York Post.

Attorney John Harris, who is representing former Tennessee Sheriff James Hammond and the Tennessee Firearms Association in the lawsuit told the news outlet it was 'an interesting turn of events.'

'If there was some plan to release some information … why isn't that information being released?,' Harris said.

On April 27, Tennessee Governor Bill Lee reassured the public in a tweet...

There are no legal issues to releasing it.

If it doesn't fit the narrative it won't be released.

Always the revolution.

After all this time, how would anyone outside the FBI know it was the real, unedited thing?

Let me see if I understand this. They are not releasing it because of a someone is suing to have them release it? But they would release it if it wasn’t for that?

Liberals think that the public is dumb enough to accept that explanation. They may be right. If people are dumb enough to elect Biden, there is no telling how dumb they might be.

Stalling? When is the best time to release a “blueprint for total destruction”?

Any sane, rational person is thinking “what are they hiding”?

And after all this time the likelihood of seeing the manifesto in all its full glory is highly unlikely. The FBI will see to that.

And they aren’t even trying to hide the fact that they won’t release the manifesto because they don’t think they have to. We are living in a new country where the Biden admin and the three branches of government are just doing whatever they want with little regard to the laws and the Constitution. They know they can get away with it because what can we do about it? Nothing. And we won’t. We are watching our own downfall.

The way I read it, it’s not entirely clear. To me, it sounds like they have two lawsuits, one that has given them pause to release it, and another one filed as a result of them not releasing it.

Good for the National Police Association...

Unfortunately the corrupt goons and thugs of 'intelligence' and their democrats choose to protect the killer.

If the killer had been MAGA instead of a sexual weirdo the manifesto would have been 'leaked' to the Washington Post before the children's blood was dry.

While it's good that the National Police Association and Tennessee Firearms Association are filing suits against Metro for the information, the real villains are who the "manifesto" was handed off to: the FBI (who's business this isn't) and the Dept of Justice Community Relations Service (DOJ-CRS). These Obama-Holder weasels are a Super Gestapo who intrude on any case they want and control the information and narrative surrounding it - Constitution be damned. They are why we still don't know the true story about the Vegas concert massacre.

The DoJ's CRS, among the legion of partisan Swampers, have to be dismantled. Yesterday would be a good time.

It is not a reach to guess that the “manifesto” or the writings called for trans people to use violence.

I still want to know who talked an autistic person into transitioning. She was by all accounts a high-functioning autistic and sexuality/sex is not often a driver for persons with autism so its difficult for me to rationalize how/why she transitioned of her own freewill.

There are studies that support this with the incidence of transgenderism being far higher among autistic persons than “normies”. The numbers speak for themselves and this phenomenon is being driven by educators. Just my .02
