As far as me, I wonder, if this was a personal thing, if Rupert or Lachlan or whoever - since they owe a fiduciary responsibility to the Corporation, I wonder if they could be sued by a shareholder???

Would it be fair to say that Gutfeld and Watters work for foreign globalists (the Murdochs) whose 1st loyalty is not America or Americans?
I suspect firing Carlson was a condition of the lawsuit settlement.
Jesse Waters is such a lightweight he has to fill his show with dumb film clips. Sometimes his first segment is ok, but the rest of his show is mostly filler with stuff like street interviews that are just predictable and a waste of time.
FNC now has only one slot worth watching, Mark Levin on Sunday evening and that’s it.
Gutfeld has made a few jokes about the subject, but he has to walk a fine line to avoid Tucker’s fate.
No idea what Jesse is up to.
I like Ingraham.
Next to Tucker, she was the most conservative on FOX.
But, she’ll be shown the door soon, just like Tucker.
Watters follows the Hannity M.O.....interrupt guests to hear yourself talk.
Nothing more than BOR’s butt boy.
Not to quibble but someone recently said only the oldest people watch cable TV for news. All network news shows are declining year by year and getting worse recently.
So is Fox worse or similar? Just askin’.

The only Fox Biz show I watch is Stewart Varney.
As Fox continues to bleed money, I expect all of their top talent to be let go.
Then it becomes CNN.
But, Fox News ratings in the 18-49 category have taken a beating since Tucker's firing.

I think Carlson was given a gift at the perfect time. The independent route has already been trail blazed by the likes of BOR, Beck, Bannon and many others. There’s plenty of room for Carlson to do something unique.
Cable and Network news is dying as boomers go to the great beyond. While I’m a boomer, I’ve always been in tech. It’s not a big deal for me to stream news and entertainment. I haven’t had cable in years. My children and their friends don’t have cable. It’s not necessarily about the expense. It just isn’t as convenient as streaming. Streaming can be viewed live or whenever you like without remembering to set a DVR. It’s also location independent.
On the production side of things, the overhead for streaming is lower than producing a cable program, which means there is greater profit for the host. Carlson is going to be very rich in his future by simply doing what he does best without corporate constraints. He’s a very fortunate guy.
Is there a difference?
Greg Gutfield and Judge Jeanine keeping ‘The Five’ afloat ratings-wise. I guess FoxNews’ brilliant management will have to do something about that.
