Unsurprisingly, Fox News ratings suffered Monday night without the channel’s most watched host.
After the surprise of Fox News and Tucker Carlson “agree[ing] to part ways” on Monday, the network’s 8 p.m. hour had a significantly smaller audience Monday night. The debut of Fox News Tonight, hosted by Brian Kilmeade (the first in a series of rotating hosts), pulled in just under 2.6 million viewers — about 21 percent below the average for Tucker Carlson Tonight (3.3 million viewers) over the past eight Mondays.
Fox News Tonight also took a hit in the key news demographic of adults 25-54: Its 0.24 rating was 37 percent lower than the 0.38 Carlson averaged over the prior eight Monday shows.

On the other hand, Newsmax — which was openly making a play for Fox News viewers in the wake of Carlson’s exit Monday — saw its audience jump in primetime. Eric Bolling the Balance (531,000 viewers) at 8 p.m. and Greg Kelly Reports (540,000) at 9 p.m. both had more than triple their average audience from the first quarter of the year (145,000 for Bolling and 141,000 for Kelly).

Newsmax isn’t any better, folks. OANN is the only patriotic news station left.
Or don't
Not just bankrupt but closing all stores and selling off all inventory. Some companies that file for bankruptcy can recover but NOT Bed, Bath, and Beyond!

Rupert Murdoch, whose media empire includes Fox News and the New York Post, is predicting a landslide Biden victory over Trump

I don’t ever even look at that rag WSJ anymore.
Not true... Newsmax is 10 times more MAGA than Fox. Maybe you should tune them in and find out for yourself sometime.
My cable system doesn’t carry OANN, to my displeasure.
This is a killer stat/hit.

That low % of the TV gods chosen demographic, and the drop is a DOA for any candidate.
Tucker’s young viewers bolted. The old ones probably couldn’t change the channel.
Maybelline made it.
I did tune into Newsmax in Nov 2020. I did not have to wait until April 2023 to dump fox. They lasted about 6 months before Newsmax anchors did enough things to show Newsmax is also just controlled opposition at best.
I’m surprised the audience was that high. 21% job is really not too dramatic considering he was their biggest star.
You should tune in nowadays and check out the new talent that is a sounding board for everything MAGA and Trump.
Fox news morphed to the left and Newsmax seems to have gone right.
Last week I broke my bedroom TV, which was not hooked up to anything except an antenna, an Amazon Fire Stick and a dusty Blu-Ray player. I replaced it with a TCL (brand) Roku TV, which “found” a ton of free digital/streaming channels for me, in addition to the channels the antenna picked up. I had no idea I would get all of those additional channels, but was thrilled to find OANN and NewsMax among them. Assuming you have a smart TV, I wonder if you could get OANN simply by adding a Roku stick to your TV. Might be worth looking into; I think the Roku sticks cost around $40.
If you’re watching a stream, they know what you watch. It’s a condition of the user agreement.
Tucker hates Trump, therefore Fox News dropping Tucker cements the steal.
???
I think you are right about last night. Going forward I’d bet they take a big hit. There’s only so much of Milkweed and Ingraham a body can stand. 😏
😂👍
I have a few full on ROKU smart TVs. I hate using streaming services though.
Canceling DVR a. Maybe this is what fox wanted. They want to sell.
