Once again, it is not Fox that is defending against this action - it is the insurance carriers. Just the same as your automobile insurance carrier defending you in a fender bender. The carrier(s) reserves the right to use its discretion in bringing the matter to a conclusion within the coverage limits. You may be right but I always thought the Dominion angle was bogus. Don’t get me wrong, the fix was in, but not because of Dominion.

So, wouldn't FOX have attorneys working with the insurance company ones right along?

Say, FOX had a 1/2 billion policy, so would be willing to part with 387 million to settle.
