We dodged a big bullet with the GOP blocking Garland from being a Supreme Court justice. Just look at the damage he as done as AG in two years, and imagine what he could have done by issuing opinions on major cases before SCOTUS.

The fact that Constitutional, Criminal, and Evidence attorneys, both practicing and in academia, aren’t lining up to object to the malicious prosecution of these defendants is very telling. To them, the ends justifies the means.

I’m not sure it would’ve made a difference. The shaman’s mother was interviewed last night (IIRC, by Stinchfield) and she believes the attorney was bad. Even with this video evidence he may not have used it.
A year or so ago I think it was MTG who said many of the J6 attorneys were/are actually working for the bad guys, and that they would browbeat and verbally abuse their own clients.
