Interesting that McConnell and the police chief weren’t concerned about the cherry-picking by the Media-Dem Party in their attempt to depict a shortlived fairly tame riot as an “armed and deadly insurrection”. Carlson at least acknowledged that there was a riot by a rather small number of people, quite possibly fueled by government agents, but the overwhelming majority of those in attendance that day were peaceful. Not fiery but peaceful, but really peaceful.

Putin showed flashes of defiance when he was asked whether it was a "coincidence" that several other political rivals had been assassinated in recent years.

"We don't have this kind of habit, of assassinating anybody," Putin said when he was asked whether he ordered Navalny killed. (NBC News)

He then countered by asking whether the U.S. was guilty of assassinating Ashli Babbitt during the Capitol riot.

“Secondly, I want to ask you: Did you order the assassination of the woman who walked into the Congress and who was shot and killed by a policeman?” Putin said. “Do you know that 450 individuals were arrested after entering Congress? And they didn’t go there to steal a laptop. They came with political demands. 450 people have been detained. They’re facing jail time, from 15 to 20 years. And they came to Congress with political demands. Isn’t that persecution for political opinions?”

The riot was largely peaceful until the agitators and government agents started the violence that was set up in advance by the Democrats and other Trump haters.

The demonstration was largely peaceful. Why are Republicans like Mitch McConnell turning their back to Americans being treated unjustly?

Why is Mitch McConnell not defending the innocents caught in the rat trap?

Why is Mitch McConnell supporting the highly questionable narrative put forth by the Democrats?

Why isn't Mitch McConnell asking why the QAnon Shamon was being taken around by the Capital police acting as tour guides?

Can Mitch McConnell admit that the whole scene could have been a set up by the government?

Were there more than two hours of violence? How much was caused by the Police losing it and acting as rioters themselves?

One could argue that in escorting the protestors the Capitol Police were trying to defuse the situation and get the protestors out with minimum violence.

But then one would have to explain to me why Ashli Babbitt was shot dead.

The lights are being shined on this entire thing and the right people are screaming.
