Do you think the Governor of a coastal State is foolish to be interested in possible rise or fall of sea level, or changes in beach erosion, or changes in coastal and off-shore weather patterns? Do you think such things might have some effect on the society and economy of his State?
Do you think these people might have some interest in adapting to and predicting possible or probable climatic variations?
