Then, you're only there for 5 min. and can employ your own security.

Yes! I can fill my tank with 2 gallons of gas in 2 minutes and get the heck out of bad neighborhood fast.

Heck, if I’m in the back country of Idaho, I still would not want to waiting out there, alone, for 30 minutes to 2 hours, and I doubt others are into that either.

I think the BOTTOM LINE is that there won’t be many charging stations, as people who don’t have home access to charge their car will not buy them, and those that do, will not use them for trips (after learning what that entails, either the easy way, or the hard way).
