"Starting in 2025, the ABA will no longer mandate that law schools require a “valid and reliable admission test” as a part of its application process, after feedback from a public comment period suggested that dropping the testing requirement would increase diversity.

How soon before reading and writing are dropped as a condition of admission to law school?

All for naught if the SC knocks down AA.

The LSAT test prep book tests I used had a slight leftist bias.

Before the 1950s, America survived, and thrived, without standardized testing. SATs, LSATS, MCATS, etc....

These were all imposed on America by central-planning bureaucrats.

We should welcome their elimination, for whatever the reason.

Sooner than you think. In Mother Africa, traditions are handed down orally. Reading and writing are racist symbols of white oppression! /S ;)

No more tests in law schools. Anybody can apply, pay their tuition and get a diploma.

There are no more bail requirements so a criminal can commit a crime and is released immediately to go and commit another. I guess that’s what the mean when they say that justice is blind.

It’s not really about diversity. It’s about keeping the education bubble going. There is about to be a decline in students overall in the coming years.

It’s a money train - get those people in school with student loans and keep them there.

So can I start calling myself a lawyer even though I have no degree in law?

US law schools tend to be overpriced in my opinion.

It is my opinion that law school could be much more affordable as it is classroom instruction without the need for expensive student labs.

You’re missing the whole point. This move to eliminate the LSAT requirement is being made help perpetuate affirmative action after it is declared illegal.

When law schools want to admit unqualified minorities and discriminate against white and Asian applicants, the elimination of standardized tests will make it impossible for anyone to prove that they were more qualified than the retardates who are being admitted to these schools.

Test after test, time after time, the tests all show the same thing. The right action is to pay attention to what the tests are saying, rather than throw out the tests.

You can't just suddenly start being a lawyer. You've got to begin small; robbing gas stations and convenience stores.

Diversity in all things except thought, and equality of outcomes, not opportunity. Merit no longer matters, but skin color and political ideology do.
