Arizona Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake on Nov. 23 filed a lawsuit against Maricopa County.
Lake sued Stephen Richer, the county’s recorder, and other officials in Arizona Superior Court. She’s asking the court to compel the officials to promptly produce records on the administration of the midterm elections, which featured widespread issues in the state’s largest county.
“Given instances of misprinted ballots, the commingling of counted and uncounted ballots, and long lines discouraging people from voting, as demonstrated in the attached declarations, these records are necessary for Plaintiff to determine the full extent of the problems identified and their impacts on electors,” the 19-page suit states.
Maricopa County officials have acknowledged that tabulators across many polling sites stopped working properly on election day. Among the advised solutions was voters placing their ballots into a box to be counted later. Declarations attached to the new suit from poll observers say that workers mixed c

I agree.
That’s why we need to be prepared.
I would bet they could, based on this move, file an emergency lawsuit AND also an emergency injuction against certification.
This was not only true for DeSantis, Florida had the widely predicted midterm "Red Tsunami", along with similar results in States that reported their results on election night, limited mail in balloting, single choice per candidate ballots, and strict voter verification requirements.
This (along with solid GOP performance in Ohio) is very credible evidence of massive voting fraud in the last two election cycles.
These crooks are just begging to have their clocks run out.
Bkmk
Go back to the DUmp noob. You don't belong here.
What is DU...??
5thmeb if I was your son I would be concerned....that you seem to want to stifle any comment not perfectly in alignment with your thinking.
I believe one should be able to express an opinion...and not be attacked for it. Seems that doesn’t apply on some topics here.
I could care less what happens in Arizona. I have no influence there, I don’t vote there, and will let it’s citizens take of whatever the issues are there. I focus on where I live and what I can do here...period.
Change 'questionable' to 'UNLAWFUL' and you will be correct. Cheaters from UNLAWFUL elections can be removed with quo warranto actions after the cheaters take their ill-gotten offices.
Not necessary. A meeting to discuss election lawfulness was scheduled by Jennifer Wright (AZ Asst SoS) for Monday am meeting in a letter sent out last week. The letter included the irregularities that made the election UNLAWFUL, such as Hobbs, the AZ SoS, refusing to surrender her election duties as a candidate in the election, for starters. An earlier meeting time was then substituted, and the word 'certification' was injected into the meeting purpose.
As the election is not yet certified, so Hobbs is still a candidate, and cannot attend that meeting as SoS. If no other candidates were invited to attend, that's further violation of the state law that candidates have to suspend their duties while a candidate for office.
Cheaters from an UNLAWFUL election can be removed after they take office with quo warranto actions, where there is no presumption of 'authority' given the cheater; they have to prove the election LAWFUL.
THAt alone is solid corruption, IMO.
VERY few voters do NOT vote the ‘down ticket’...
But in PA-—Thousands of votes for Fetterman were exactly that-—ONLY that vote was marked.
Fetterman got over 896,000 MAIL IN BALLOTS
OZ got 222,000 or so MAIL IN BALLOTS
Remember in 2008 when Obama got ALL the votes in 3 Ohio Counties???
Romney got ZERO-—
A black man got 108% of registered voters also in Ohio.
Article V COS instead.
Your last paragraph: So why can’t this be done to Biden? Are these just state-level laws?
