Arizona Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake on Nov. 23 filed a lawsuit against Maricopa County.
Lake sued Stephen Richer, the county’s recorder, and other officials in Arizona Superior Court. She’s asking the court to compel the officials to promptly produce records on the administration of the midterm elections, which featured widespread issues in the state’s largest county.
“Given instances of misprinted ballots, the commingling of counted and uncounted ballots, and long lines discouraging people from voting, as demonstrated in the attached declarations, these records are necessary for Plaintiff to determine the full extent of the problems identified and their impacts on electors,” the 19-page suit states.
Maricopa County officials have acknowledged that tabulators across many polling sites stopped working properly on election day. I heard the filing of the lawsuit is scheduled for 9AM Monday, so Maricopa County changed the certification to 8 AM.

But we’ve been assured by some posters here that the 8 am meeting is just to go over regular business and that the certification process won’t take place until 9:30 am. Reminds me of the 2020 election when we were assured the courts would get involved and straighten the whole thing out. I’m still waiting for that to happen. 🤦♀️

Bear in mind that Hobbs is a candidate for office in the election, and must suspend her election duties until after certification, per state law. Her attendance at the meeting violates state election law, rendering the election UNLAWFUL, unless all candidates may attend.
Prayers for justice here that Kari Lake comes out victorious over the forces of evil in AZ.

All this drama...what if she just plain lost..?? Not every thing is a stolen election, fraud, etc...sometimes voters just didn’t like the candidate....it happens.

Our founders didn’t use votes or ballots to throw off the British tyranny (which was a pretty tame tyranny compared to the one being instituted by the American professional government class).
