Pillow salesman and Trump ally Mike Lindell loses court bid to reclaim phone seized by FBI, access warrant details

A federal judge in Minnesota has rejected Mike Lindell’s challenge to the FBI search and seizure of his phone in a 2020 election-related criminal probe.

Judge Eric Tostrud said Lindell, CEO of My Pillow and a prominent backer of former President Donald Trump’s false voter fraud claims, had not shown that the search was unconstitutional, and said he could not have his phone returned or get more access to details from the search.

“The Government has demonstrated a compelling interest in preventing the premature disclosure of search-warrant materials during its ongoing federal criminal investigation. Multiple factors here justify keeping the search warrant materials under seal,” the judge wrote.

Great idea, and warrant further discussion.

I remember reading this warrant. It seems the items they ‘claimed’ to be looking for could have been obtained WITHOUT taking the phone.

So, how would one remotely ‘brick’ a phone?

[[They know that we know they are corrupt. It’s just that they don’t care and we can’t do much about it]]

Pr3cisely. Obama started the “we don’t care” movements that emboldened the left to do whatever they want knowing that they, the left, have all the power and the right has practically none. The left own the fbi, cops, courts, judges, lawyers, appeals courts, etc- they own and control big tech, the msm, etc, and they use antifa and blm to do,the dirty wor, for them and protect those domestic terrorists from prosecution.

Obama incited the left to remove the masks of otal, decency. Throw them away, and engage in a hostile takeover of this country- no longer even bothering to to,hide their contempt and loathing for God and moral decency in this country.

So he does not even get access to the search warrant?

That's the part that really frosts my pumpkin.

It doesn't seem to be fascist on its face. It IS fascism, flat out. The FBI are acting as the Stasi used to. AND as King George's funkies way back in the day. It's all laid out in The Declaration of Independence. Something's gotta give.

Secret warrants.
Secret courts.
Holding persons in jail for 2 years without charges.
Investigative journalists disappearing.

The founders would not recognize the country.

The worst part, this judge was appointed by Trump.‘’

———-

If you watch closely you will notice a majority of these “ Federalist Society” judges will consistently side with the government or corporations over the individual.

Lawyer Robert Barnes pointed this put a few years ago and it opened my eyes and the pattern holds up.

The one and only plus to these Judges is they do defer to States rights on things like gun control and abortion which often favor the individual

Just look at the flak the Trump judge took on the Mar-o- Lago case and how quickly two other Trump judges squashed psrts of her ruling and defered completely to the Justice Departments “rights”. These Federalist types often get confused as something they are not…

So the fbi can steal anything they want. We live in a kleptocracy, folks.

Everyone now needs to keep two stes of books, one for the illegal FBI search and seizure, and one for your own records.

Absolutely! I have been doing that for decades now, ever since the Clinton Crime Family days.... Acually, three sets of books ;^)

“Judge Eric Tostrud”

What is his home address? Maybe someone can protest outside of Tosturd’s house.

This is ridiculous ... the FIBs have by now dumped the card and memory of the phone to other storage and made copies for the Just-Us dept, the DNCC, and the media.

Give Mike back his UNDAMAGED/UNWIPED phone.

The news media sure does love it when a conservative loses a court bid. When a conservative wins a court bid, they’re mostly silent.

The worst part, this judge was appointed by Trump.

This is a McConnell judge/stooge.

There are a few tells:

He was confirmed by voice vote - no record of the vote numbers.

He's NOT a Federalist Society member (you're correct about the proclivities of Federalist Society members cited by Robert Barnes, ALX).

His personal history seems to indicate the type of "Republican" [Assistant Democrat] who is part of the Minnesota power structure, which doesn't mind the Democrats running things at the state level.

both google and apple have ways..

that is why I am sure the FBI turns them off and puts them in a bag that prevents signals getting to the phone.

The F B I needs to die.

For the Fibbi’s out there, the FBI is a bureacuracy, a hole in the Federal budget where no good comes out of. NOT a person so it is not a threat. If I were in power to do so, I would send the place to Hades, bulldoze it flat and sell the marble for headstones and countertops.
