I avoid PayPal like the plaque. It’s actually easy to avoid using.

Does this basically mean they can zap a connected credit card by $2500 for identifying as being opposed to DC official decrees? I usually transfer a thousand or a year via their service. That is all in the past now.

I’m confused. What portion of Paypal is a forum for you to post info? Are they talking about messages between you and someone you’re having a PayPal transaction with, s buyer or seller?
