Elon Musk told Twitter on Friday that he is “terminating” his proposed acquisition of the social media company, arguing in a letter that the company was in “breach” of the merger agreement.
Musk’s letter said that he wants out of the deal “because Twitter is in material breach of multiple provisions of that Agreement, appears to have made false and misleading representations upon which Mr. Musk relied when entering into the Merger Agreement, and is likely to suffer a Company Material Adverse Effect (as that term is defined in the Merger Agreement).”
Musk is remarkably talented.
NASA never landed a rocket back on earth-—only dumped them into the ocean. ETC
FOX NEWS Corp. on the other hand could very well be different.
Twitter silenced voices on election fraud but so DOES Fox.
If Dominion takes down the never-Trump foreigners from Fox with a lawsuit I'm all for it.
Your comment ...,.Not rubbish.
Same for me reTWTR. But I did trade DWAC when it was announced Trump was using it and caught the pop and got out the next day. I figured it covered my donation to his campaign.
“Will the advertisers sue to get their excess fees back?”
What about investors? They had no idea that one-third of the Twitterers weren’t actual people — just bots. Talk about fraud!
I see it differently. My primary news sources are now Twitter. From Margot Cleveland/Robert Barnes legal, to Ossintechnical Ukraine war, I’m usually there but ignore the snarky left wing posters
Don’t forget he still has a major share of the company, and, if sold will / could make a major impact in the stock value.
