“If gays are so proud why do they need a pride month? And why are they looking to others for pride? Are we suppose to compliment them?”

___________________

Because it is NOT about pride of any type; gay pride, lesbian pride, “I just cut off my junk” pride.

It’s about indoctrination, acceptance and submission to sexual perversion. And not just homosexuality. It will eventually lead to normalized and legalized pedophilia, necrophilia, and every other form of sexual perversion imaginable.

It is Satanic and pure evil.

I went to Williamsburg in the mid 1960s and it was great. I got a giant gingerbread man made in a colonial bakery right there. I took my Ukrainian wife there in 2009 as a stopover on our way to CPAC in DC. They no longer ran the colonial bakery or had their famous big gingerbread men. A few things were baked off-site and brought in. The historical buildings were still interesting, but it seemed to have lost a lot of its charm.

Though it is easy, today, for sane people to perceive the wild instability of those who have descended into "woke" madness, it is not easy for the "woke".

Those who stand on solid ground can perceive the movement of the river. Those who drift with the current don't notice their movement toward the waterfall.

Sad. My husband and I were talking about going there when I retire. Looks like that’s now off the table. My in laws loved it and went a number of times. They would be saddened and disappointed had they lived to see this.

just one presentation on the evils of the time after another

By current leftist standards, 99% of the people in history were far-right conservatives. Far-left history is 100% misery, poverty, and failure. Leftists have to tell big lies about everything, especially history.

What these people do not--and maybe can not--understand is this: Anyone who can make you believe something as absurd as that a man can get pregnant can make you believe anything, no matter how absurd and no matter how dangerous.

Anyone who can do that to you can make you do anything, for example surrender yourself voluntarily to slavery or commit any atrocity.

This was George Orwell's warning (1984):

"War is peace."
"Love is hate."
"Freedom is slavery."

If you’re in Philly and visit the site of the first President’s house, you’ll see very little there about George Washington or John Adams. Instead, you’ll see a complete dissertation on slavery and the life of slaves…

Maybe some of those founding fathers were down deep females. Who knows?

I know. They weren't females.

I’m willing to say that if some gays contributed the the founding of America to the same degree as those individuals already recognized, those gays should be included.

At the Founding and until WW2, the vastly overwhelming majority of Americans did not "identify" with homosexual behavior, there was not a positive nickname for the practice such as "gay", and the penalties for homosexual behavior were severe.

Even if a very few in the Williamsburg era did some diddling on the downlow, they most likely also had wives and children, so were technically bisexual at most, and also closeted and conflicted. There simply were no homosexuals in the public life of Christendom at the time except perhaps in theater, the practitioners of which were also frowned upon as people of disrepute.

Even the famed artist Toulouse-Lautrec in the sexy, decadent France of the 1800s, who journalistically portrayed hundreds of prostitutes in bars, brothels and dancehalls, never depicted obvious homosexuality among the male characters in his Parisian nightlife paintings.

"Being" gay or the rest of the alphabet is a distinctly recent public phenomenon. Historically, until the Swinging 60s, more than 92% of American adults were married heterosexually.
