If anything, Murkowski should be angry at the court who made that decision almost 50 years ago, and she needs to look at the legislatures that have consistently abrogated their duties to courts because they would rather have another government branch make the hard decisions.
Susan Collins had a similar statement, Republicans for decades paid lip service to being pro-life, they never had any idea that the Supreme Court would overturn Roe V. Wade, through multiple Republican Presidents they all failed, it took Donald J. Trump to get 3 justices on the Supreme Court and now after 50 years Roe V. Wade appears to be finished, now all those RINOs are running for the microphone saying they were lied to, fooled, etc...when in reality they are all traitors.

What I believe the public fails to understand is the elimination of Roe gives the states back the power to make abortion legal or not. We live in a republic. If a “woman” wants an abortion, there are plenty of states where it’s legal. This leak is simply a diversion from the real issues like the looming war in the Ukraine. Covid is gone, so they need something new to gin up public outrage...

Abortions are the murder of the human beings still in the womb. That’s not any different from the murder of those that made it to live outside the womb. The human beings inside the womb are just there to be made ready to enter the world as regular human beings who were lucky enough to make it past the womb time=period.
Everything about the ‘unborn’ is exactly the same as with a human who has been outside the womb for a long time. That the ‘unborn’ look different, does not make them less human.

Mine was rocked by studying the law and coming to the conclusion that court decisions are outcome driven, not rule driven. There are enough precedents out there that wil some mumbo-jumbo and sleight of hand, any outcome can appear to be justified and logical.
At rock bottom, the institution is intellectualy dishonest. Same is so, in spades, for Congress.
Now the country is saddled with a dishonest behemoth and myriad bureaus that answer to no-one.
It will eventually collapse of its own weight.
