Switzerland announced this week that it is lifting nearly all coronavirus restrictions in the country as infection rates in the country steadily decline.
The Federal Council, the seven-member Swiss executive branch, said as of Thursday, masks and COVID-19 vaccination passes will no longer be required to enter shops, restaurants, cultural venues and other public settings and events. The requirement to wear masks in workplaces and a work-from-home recommendation will also end, as will capacity limits on large-scale gatherings.

Didn’t they just go through an entire referendum process to put the mandates in place? Has anyone calculated the economic cost of the SHAMdemic to ALL economies? Probably at least a buck fitty.
because Big Pharma didnt want to pay them anymore. They want to concentrate their murders on Australia, NZ etc.

Yes. This is not the end of the end, but maybe the beginning of the end. The Government retains the right to immediately reintroduce restrictions at any time - IOW, they have not ended the “Emergency Situation”, they simply removed the restrictions in place. Much as they did last year as well, albeit somewhat earlier.
This IS amazing. The Swiss are far nastier then people understand. The blowback there must be enormous for the government to back down. OTOH, the Swiss Federal system is far closer to the populace then ours - the Cantons really do here from the citizenry, and the federal government is almost powerless.
Lot to be said for that.
