Paris (AFP) – Nearly 200 nations kick off a virtual meeting Monday to finalise what promises to be a harrowing scientific overview of accelerating climate impacts that will highlight the urgent need to cut emissions -- and prepare for the challenges ahead.
The upcoming update from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) is set to outline in stark detail what the best available science tells us are the impacts of the changing climate -- past, present and future.
During a two-week gathering, diplomats and scientists will vet, line-by-line, an all-important Summary for Policymakers, boiling down an underlying report thousands of pages long.
Species extinction, ecosystem collapse, crippling health impacts from disease and heat, water shortages -- all will accelerate in the coming decades even if the carbon emissions that drive global warming are drawn down, the report is likely to find.
"This is a real moment of reckoning," said Rachel Cleetus, Climate and energy policy director at the Union of Concerned Scientists.
"This not just more scientific projections about the future," she told AFP. "This is about extreme events and slow-onset disasters that people are experience right now."

The last minute nearly kills the whole rest of the video, in that it claims “climate change” is the potential solution to the 26,000 year cycle, however, the other evidence presented suggests the cycle is unavoidable and celestial/gemomagnetic in nature and cause.

A bit of reading on global catastrophic cycles indicate that they seem to occur every 13,000 and 26,000 years.
With these things to consider, is it possible that some of the elite know that a cycle is set to occur soon, but don’t want to tell us the truth, so that we continue to prepare for THEM to survive?
Is it possible that the entire climate change hoax is internal elite communications within their group to prepare for themselves?

The IPCC showed their true colors a few years back when they came out with another one of their lie-loaded reports and the head announced that this was the tool needed to get rid of capitalism across the world.

When does the UN get around to do what they were formed to do, i.e. stop/prevent wars? I believe the last time they tried 33,686 Americans and approximately 3 million civilians died. So how did that work out? I guess the UN figured out they weren’t any good at fulfilling that purpose so they searched around for the next 70 years or so to find another activity they weren’t any good at and settled on “climate change”. …and surprise, surprise, they weren’t any good at that either. Does anyone have an idea what windmill they will attempt to joust with next?
The UN follows the irons rules of bureaucracy:

Arctic summers ice-free ‘by 2013’

Scientists in the US have presented one of the most dramatic forecasts yet for the disappearance of Arctic sea ice.
Their latest modelling studies indicate northern polar waters could be ice-free in summers within just 5-6 years.
Professor Wieslaw Maslowski told an American Geophysical Union meeting that previous projections had underestimated the processes now driving ice loss.
Summer melting this year reduced the ice cover to 4.13 million sq km, the smallest ever extent in modern times.
Remarkably, this stunning low point was not even incorporated into the model runs of Professor Maslowski and his team, which used data sets from 1979 to 2004 to constrain their future projections.
“Our projection of 2013 for the removal of ice in summer is not accounting for the last two minima, in 2005 and 2007,” the researcher from the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, California, explained to the BBC.
“So given that fact, you can argue that may be our projection of 2013 is already too conservative.”. . .
Former US Vice President Al Gore cited Professor Maslowski’s analysis on Monday in his acceptance speech at the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony in Oslo.
