Makes me feel lucky that we are still benefiting by the one useful thing George HW Bush did in appointing Clarence Thomas.

I used to think that Bush was a RINO or a closet Democrat. But you say Clarence Thomas and I tend to think he was nothing more than a confused little boy who was easily swayed by those whispering in his ear.

He should have held on until 2024.

I almost expect a mass exodus of the older judges, just so Biden can appoint 5 young judges.

I hate to say it, but Clinton was conservative compared to what’s coming.

I hate to say it, but Clinton was conservative compared to what’s coming. He was pragmatic, not an ideologue. If Joe Biden was 10 years younger, he may be more like that right now. Or maybe not.

I think that when he retires, it might be an election issue. Let’s wait until after November...

At the time of Garland’s nomination to AG, I always thought be should have been asked it he’d still like an appointment to the supreme court if another seat became available. If he’d said yes, Biden would have been under some level of pressure to pick him. Putting a 69 year old on the court would have been a decent compromise, though we know it’d never happen.

Who needs more proof that there is a crying need to get Hillary on the Court——or in the White House?

Bad as Breyer is, his replacement is likely to be even worse.

I just read Bryer’s resignation letter on Epoch Times. If this is in fact the letter than he sent, https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/21190957-breyer-letter-to-biden I find it curious that he did not address the letter to Biden, but to “The President”, not calling him by name. This makes me believe that even though he is a liberal hack that he knows that Biden is not really the president.

Or that by the time he actually retires, someone else may be the president?

It’s weird for him to announce, In January, that he is leaving IN OCTOBER.

They want to get him to commit.

The will replace Harris (one way or another) with HilLIARy, and that requires congressional approval... so it must be done before midterms, if they are worried about a GOP controlled congress.

HilLIARy will send Biden to Ft Marcy Park, and then she controls the mid term elections. She thought they did enough vote fraud to put her over the top in 2016... So they went all out on 2020. Wait until you see what they do in 2022 and 2024.

People may not have been enthusiastic about Biden, hence the need for a 15% shift of votes from Trump to Biden AND an additional influx of 4M at 4AM... but people actually hate hilLIARy.
