This press conference is 100% defense. He’s aware his admin is struggling in the nation despite him saying that he doesn’t believe the polls.
He’s a floundering politician and he knows it.
I have suspected since his debates with Trump that they are using the TelePrompter-style contact lenses on him, and when his handlers are slow in feeding it he really struggles.

I am watching this old criminal answer questions. This is beyond belief. I keep thinking my screen has frozen because I hear no sound.....but it’s the old crook looking desperately for words. I have no idea what he’s talking about. It’s unreal.
