This is a great point.

Made me think of those ads for various drugs in magazines - one page ad followed by 2 or 3 pages of disclaimers and side effect warnings, some of which seem worse than the condition the drug addresses.

The reason for the wall of text about side effects is because those drug manufacturers can get sued for negative side effects—so they had to “lawyer up” before publishing ads.

The Covid vaccine manufacturers are immune from lawsuits—so we are on our own....

I don’t get any product if I can’t sue the manufacturer for defects.

Never.
